Thank you for your kind consideration for a meeting learning from Yamagata cleaning as always, the activity of the visit to east depths promotion meeting. It recruits the people who can be active by "Dewa Sanzan Shrine legend of a mirror-pond cleaning" together this year.
The homage was the eighth year in this year, too, and the state of the legend of a mirror-pond became clean, too. I was not able to carry out a large-scale activity by a corona evil for these past three years.

Thank you for your kind consideration for a meeting learning from Yamagata cleaning as always, the activity of the visit to east depths promotion meeting. It recruits the people who can be active by "Dewa Sanzan Shrine legend of a mirror-pond cleaning" together this year.
The homage was the eighth year in this year, too, and the state of the legend of a mirror-pond became clean, too. I was not able to carry out a large-scale activity by a corona evil for these past three years.
Therefore it increases and will carry out participation from general volunteers this time. We have you participate by all means, and let's be refreshed to mind and body if you like!
■The date and time: Sunday, October 8, 2023 8:00-13:00
■Schedule (executing the event on a light rainy day)
8:00 reception desk meeting - 8:15 opening ceremony original type worship (in a front shrine)
End of 9:00 work start - 12:00 work, atokatazuke
12:45 taking a ceremonial photograph (plan) closing ceremony
The 13:00 end (as for the applicant in a Shinto priest-purification shelter lunch)
■Parking lot meeting place
・I would like the parking lot in the Mt. Haguro mountaintop second parking lot. You ride on it as much as possible, and come.

■Parking lot meeting place
・I would like the parking lot in the Mt. Haguro mountaintop second parking lot. You ride on it as much as possible, and come.
・I send a free gate pass to a participant. Toll parking charges of the day are exempted.
■Work contents (I accept hope at the time of an application)
1. The work in the legend of a mirror-pond. The removal such as spatterdock other weeds
2. I carry a removed weed to a truck
3. Cleaning (I pick up fallen leaves mainly) around the pond
4. Cleaning (it depends on the number of participants) of the approach to a shrine (stairs)
■Clothes
I carry a point and mud getting wet. I would like the clothes which may become dirty.
But please participate in the clothes which you put in enshrining of more than two deities as it is cleaned after the worship. ※It is necessary to have you purify it by official worship to enter the precincts.
■Belonging
Rubber gloves (I waterproof a coat with unlined back if I can wear gloves) for the boots work, handkerchief towel, rain outfit (raincoat) in case of the rainy weather
※When the person with a fire hook and a bayonet point scoop, the fork to use in Ikeuchi work can have, that would be helpful very much.
※Or the name, please mark a tool to have. (he/she comes to forget it by all means every year and is)
※I install the baggage depot in the spot, but the safe-deposit is by each person, please very much.
■About a participation fee, lunch charges
・The participation fee is free.
・It is lunch (Buddhist cuisine) 1,000 yen in the Shinto priest-purification shelter after the end. If you like, please check it in an application form. On the day please pay the price in acceptance.
